1. What if the day I want is already taken? |

In order to make a Date Deed unique and special to someone, only one owner per day is allowed. If your day is taken in a State Registry try checking the Country or Global Registries.

2. How long will it take to receive my personalized Date Deed? |

All personalized Date Deeds are packaged and shipped one business day after we receive your order. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available. Be sure to upgrade your shipping option on the checkout screen to receive your gift in a hurry.

3. How do I view my online profile? |

If you have purchased a special occasion you can view your profile by selecting the Registry that your day is registered in. Enter the month and year of your special occasion and click “Search”. If nothing appears you will have to edit your profile. See edit my profile.

4. How do I edit my profile? |

In order to edit your profile you have to be logged into your account. Once you are logged in click “MY ACCOUNT.” On the left hand side of the page you will see a list of your dates. Select the day you would like to edit.

5. How do I upload pictures to my profile? |

In order to upload pictures to your profile you have to be logged in. Once you are logged in click the link “MY ACCOUNT”. On the left hand side of the screen you will see a list of your dates. Click the day that you would like to upload your picture too. A screen will appear that will allow you to edit your profile. In the picture section of your profile click the button “BROWSE”. This will allow you to browse folders in your computer to find the picture you would like to upload. After locating your picture click open. The file name should appear in the box to the left of the browse button. Click “SAVE” at the bottom of the page. Your picture should appear.

6. How do I upload video to my profile? |

In order to upload video to your profile you must create HTML CODE for the video. This can be done by uploading your video to PhotoBucket or a similar website. Once you have created the HTML CODE you have to copy and “paste” it in the video section of your profile. Click “Save”. Your video should appear.

7. How do you leave a comment on someone’s Date Profile? |

You must be logged in order to leave comments. After you are logged in simply go to the Date Profile that you would like to leave a comment. A link to leave comments will be on the left hand side of the Date Profile.

8. How do I delete a comment? |

If you would like to delete a comment please contact The International Date Registry at Support@MyDayRegistry.com . ( Please include the day the comment is on and the comment you would like deleted)

9. How is it possible that you can own a Day? |

When you register your day with the International Date Registry you are guaranteed that you will be the only one registered for your Day in the International Date Registry. The International Date Registry is able to offer you this guarantee by copyrighting your specific day on MyDayRegistry.com.
